Job Description Job Title : Elementary Teacher (5th & 6th Grade) Qualifications: Valid Elementary Level teaching certification in designated area; Certification pending graduation; Certificate of Eligibility for Alternative Certification Pathway Job Goal: To create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students; motivate students to develop skills, behaviors, and knowledge needed to provide a foundation for future education in accordance with each student’s ability; to establish good working relationships with parents and other staff members.
