POSITION:  Special Education Teacher 

LOCATION:  Greenville Technical Charter High School 

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION: Open until filled

SALARY RANGE:  Salary to be determined by the salary schedule established by the Board of Directors. GTCHS salaries are comparable to local districts

LENGTH OF SERVICE:  190 Days

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college required; prefer valid SC teaching certificate, documented successful teaching experience, proficiency in the use of technology is preferred

Greenville Technical Charter High School provides a rigorous curriculum that prepares students to excel in dual enrollment classes while in high school.  We utilize a mastery learning concept paired with Project Based Learning Strategies and smaller class sizes.  Essential skills for a GTCHS teacher are strong parent communication, collaboration with colleagues, assisting with extracurricular activities, taking part in professional development, and planning daily instruction that meets individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
