GENERAL SUMMARY The Head Baseball Coach works under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director and the general supervision of the Site Principal. The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for providing direction to student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork in baseball. Reports to the Athletic Director and Principal. Education and Experience: High school diploma and/or at least two years related experience. Prior successful experience working in a school setting or coaching student athletes at the collegiate or high school level. South Carolina Teacher Certification or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid SC driver’s license. GENERAL SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance/Operation and general supervision of the Coordinator of Finance, the Internal Controls Specialist purpose is to perform a variety of financial activities including technical accounting, processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information, perform audit monitoring; providing instructions, recommendations and/or accounting support to other personnel; and analyzing expenditures against budget. JOB SPECIFICTIONS Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance. Strong technical skills with spreadsheet functions, accounting software and Office 365. Knowledge: Is required to perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percentages, and/or ratios; read technical information, compose a variety of documents, reports, facilitate group discussions, solve practical problems and understand complex, multi-step written and oral instruction. Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job includes: accounting/bookkeeping principles, computer operation/skills office methods and procedures, research, assessment and evaluation methods, concepts of grammar and punctuation. Skills/Effort: Is required to schedule activities, meetings, and/or events; gather, collate, and/or classify data; and use job-related equipment. Flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances; work with data utilizing defined but different processes; and operate equipment using standardized methods. GENERAL SUMMARY Under general supervision assists students in learning subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible adults. Reports to the school Principal. Education and Experience: Education and experience as required by state certification authorities.   Knowledge: Knowledge of the policies, procedures and activities of the school District which pertain to the specific duties and responsibilities of the position.  Knowledge in the methods for developing lesson plans and materials, and classroom activities which stimulate learning.  Knowledge of the records, forms and reports which must be prepared and maintained.  Knowledge of proper maintenance of equipment, materials and supplies used in daily activities. Knowledge of counseling methods necessary for handling student academic and adjustment problems.  Knowledge of the materials and information which must be prepared for classroom instructional activities.   Skills/Effort: Ability to provide instruction to students through explanation, demonstration and/or supervised practice.  Ability to supervise students and maintain order in various classroom and instructional activities and situations.  Ability to operate general office equipment in the performance of daily activities.  Ability to prepare lesson plans, tests, and instructional materials for classroom activities.  Ability to identify student adjustment and/or academic problems, provide counseling and/or recommend appropriate remedial action to parents.  Ability to communicate effectively with students and their parents, District staff, and all other groups involved in the activities of the job.   Working Conditions: Conducts duties in a classroom environment with some exposure to environmental conditions.  Requires ability to work under a degree of stress related to duties that require constant attention and working with students.  Physical demands are restricted to classroom work requiring the lifting/moving of items weighing up to 25 pounds.  Occasional local travel is required; no overnight travel is required.  Job requires the operation of standard office equipment.    Responsibility: Responsible for classroom materials and supplies budget. Supervises students in classroom. Supervises instructional aides and volunteers as assigned.

GENERAL SUMMARY Under limited supervision, directs the effective coordination, delivery, evaluation and refinement of student services throughout the school district; ensure that all programs are in alignment with the outcomes for student success as identified in the district’s strategic plan; and supervises the district transportation services. General Summary: Under the direction of the Superintendent, manages the financial and business affairs of the School District to include the maintenance of financial books and records including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and cash management. Establishes and maintains internal accounting controls and ensures financial compliance with State and Federal requirements. Has responsibility for the District’s Operational Services to include facilities, maintenance, Transportation, and Food Services Programs. Provides interdepartmental support and serves as an information resource on financial matters. Assist the Superintendent in strategic planning, policy development and implementation of objectives.
