Orangeburg County School District is located in the midlands of South Carolina in beautiful Orangeburg County. The district serves approximately 12,000 students.
The district is composed of three (3) attendance areas: Western, Central, and Eastern Orangeburg County.
Accredited through AdvancED, Orangeburg County School District is recognized throughout the nation as a “Quality School System.” Orangeburg County School District is completing a one-to-one technology implementation initiative. The district has implemented a one to one Chromebook initiative with students in Grades 3 through 12 and all teachers have interactive projectors in the classroom. Additionally, teachers have access to Canvas as a learning management system and MasteryConnect to assist with data teams and providing a high quality education for students.
